Let me start with how good it taste. It has really good smell and when it cooks it doesn't leave that residue bad. Perfect for quick lunch at home. Really liked it.

The biggest downfall was that it was dry. I fried it in a pan on the stove top. It might be different on the grill or in the oven. It also did not have seasoning. You have to add your own.

Really Good! My husband loved them. Beats tuna from can all the time, but just as convenient. Nice change and Good flavor. We will probably buy them again, quick to fix ... no boiling eggs etc for tuna salad or baking dish casseroles, plus Safe Catch brand are the SAFEST, with the least amount of mercury, which prompted us to try them in the first place.
