Just installed this toilet seat by my contractor 2 weeks ago. So far everything works as advertised. The warm seat and warm water wash with air dry are great and comfortable. Wand washing works well to keep the wand clean. So far so good and time will tell how sustainable this is.

This is our second Brondell. The fist one lasted about four years and the seat heater and lights burned out first then the sprayer went. We like this one as the controls are on the side and it only has one light, and it plays tunes when you use it. The sprayer is better plus plumbing was a breeze. Thanks for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a game changer for me coming from a cheap non electric model. My only gripe is that the drying fan is not adjustable. It is essentially pointless as it is aimed lower than my cheeks reach.

So easy to install. We love the features and are very glad we got the model with the drying feature. The only thing that causes an issue is the location of the controls. They ended up between the toilet and the wall so they are hard to see. They are also a little farther back than we thought they would be so we use the picture in the instruction manual and find the buttons by feel. We probably should have gotten the model with the remote.

I really like this bidet, the only thing is… I got a round one for my round toilet and it doesn't fit very well. The front extends past the front of the toilet bowl, almost as much as an elongated seat would. Other than that, I love it.

I purchased this about two weeks ago and installed right away. I am happy with its performance so far! One recommendation I have is the font size on the remote should be a bit larger so that senior users can see it better.
