[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2nd Cuisinart Burr grinder for us, they have both been amazing.

The grinder works well, but if you use a bean that’s oily, or if you want a very fine grind, you will find that this grinder comes to a “grinding halt”. This occurs every time I use this grinder, and it requires me to clean the machine from the shoot where the ground coffee drops, up toward the grinding mechanism. So here’s how to do it - take something like a pick that comes with a nut cracker and work your way up the shoot to release the clogged grounds. Then you will need a 3/4 pipe brush to thoroughly clean the poorly designed shoot (coffee has to flow in a curve from the grinder to the shoot) until you can see the brush come through the permanent grinder (you need to take the grinder apart as you normally would for routine cleaning). The pipe brush is the only way I have found to get the grinder unclogged and back in use. The nut pick just clears a path for the brush to get into the shoot. Sadly, it takes more time to clean the machine than it does to grind the coffee I desire. Other than that, it’s great.

The machine is good, I love the design and grind quality.

This is key to great Expresso. It was a challenge to clean, but I do like all the safety features. Once I got passed that it worked like new.

I was truly pleased to get the chance to be able to try this coffee grinder. I bought some delivous coffee beans and in no time at all I had fresh delicious coffee ready to use. My husband and dad are also coffee lovers and they both said how fresh and delicious this coffee was. This grinder does just as good as the commercial ones I have used in the past to grind my coffee. I would highly recommend to anyone. I am happy I no longer have to wait or go to a store to grind my coffee, I can do it in the comfort of my own home. I am truly happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned various coffee grinders and find that this grinder has topped my list. It does an excellent job at grinding. I like the fact that it has multiple grind settings to choose from. The coffee beans grind into a grind chamber which has a secure lid to keep them fresh. I did find it was easy to use. It has exceeded my expectations for sure.

I like that I can grind beans in bulk and use it throughout the week. It's loud, but quieter than I expected considering the size of the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this product as I do enjoy coffee on a daily basis, and being able to grind my own coffee to my specific taste, was very intriguing!! I was unfortunately disappointed in the performance of this machine. The machine kept clogging and had to be completely cleaned out with more than the brush to make it turn back on and finish grinding the coffee. When it was finally clean and did not clog further, and I was able to finish grinding the coffee, it was a relief.
