This is our favorite popcorn and these bags are more generous then most individual sized bags- great for lunch bags

I have been on a weight management/maintenance program for 3 years. Finding foods that fit my lifestyle is difficult. It is a balance of grams of fat/carbohydrates and protein. Lesser evil popcorn fits the bill perfectly. It has 4 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbs and 1 gram of protein.It is a perfect snack and tastes good.

Simply delicious with a very light hint of buttery coconut. The coconut oil MCTs adds an extra layer of clean, health conscious snacking. Both original and buttery taste similarly delicious. The butter flavor is just a little more salty. The snack packs are of a decent size for a quick, satisfying treat with absolute no hard kernels. So good that I need to go to Sam's again to grab another case of this delicious popcorn. Only 7 packs left out of 28 in less than a week!
