There is an issue.. the ad is a misprint and the stairs are 21" wide, not 35". They are instead 35" deep. The seller is working to change the ad. That being said, setup was easy and the stairs are very nice. I wish the cover fit a little more snug but they are very sturdy for my 40lb dogs! The sides are a nice leather and the top is soft fabric. The seller was very accommodating with my issue and we came to an agreeable resolution.

The steps are very sturdy, but they are not as high as what was described in the description. My dog will not walk up them.

The dog stairs I purchased have failed to inflate despite being given the recommended 24 to 48 hours. I've tried laying it out on the ground to facilitate inflation, but it remains a dense, compact piece of foam. This product's inability to inflate as described is a significant issue, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the purchase. The product's failure to meet its advertised claims is not only frustrating but also a waste of money. I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this product.
