I can happily report that in 3 months I have had no leaks. And, I feel more confident than ever now knowing that I will not be embarrassed by leakage. Like the name says..."Total Protection", and I agree!

He says they fit well and are comfortable, they do not bunch or pinch. I think they fit more slim, as in they don't make it obvious he is wearing them under his pants, which is REALLY likes. Very absorbent and the odor control works really well.

I decided to rate the incontinence products we found to be the best for my elderly Mother because we had to find out what products were the best by trial and error, which was a very time consuming and expensive process. I hope my reviews will help someone who is just starting to buy these type products avoid this process. This product incontinence underwear was the most comfortable for my mother. The design, including the good fitting elastic around the legs as well as the type material, makes them the most absorbent underwear (pull-ups) we've tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to an older relative of mine and she was very satisfied with them. They are very comfortable and just like pullups. A little bulkier than underwear but keep her protected from leaks. They are dri fit so they keep the moisture away from her skin until she can put on a new one. They are hypo allergenic so her skin does not break out. There is not an odor at all either. I will definitely buy them for her in the future when she needs more.

The only problem we had was that my father was used to the pull-up type so during the day we did not use them. He has some memory loss so had difficulty comprehending the difference between these and pull-up briefs so we were going through them very quickly. However, at night they worked awesome! No leaks whatsoever and more absorbent than the brand we are currently using. Highly recommend for night use!!
