I can happily report that in 3 months I have had no leaks. And, I feel more confident than ever now knowing that I will not be embarrassed by leakage. A little bulkier than underwear but keep her protected from leaks. They are dri fit so they keep the moisture away from her skin until she can put on a new one. They are hypo allergenic so her skin does not break out. There is not an odor at all either. I will definitely buy them for her in the future when she needs more.

The ones we regularly use are more expensive and come in smaller packs. These Members's Mark Total Protection Underwear for men arrived and were a bigger pack of unisex underwear for both men & women instead of just men & they had about 8 more underwear than my original packs from another brand. These have a great fit around the waist and actual bum & such. They didn't leak and had good absorbancy. These actually are good quality and comparable to bigger name brands. I highly recommend them if you're looking for good quality on a budget!

I absolutely love that this ONE product works for both men and women. It is VERY soft to the skin, absorbs well and it actually keeps the moisture at bay. It doesn't bunch up (too much) and the elastic waist gives an adjustable and flexible fit. Very happy with this!

This is probably the feature that most people would be concerned about. It does offer excellent protection and is very absorbent. Also, from the caretaking perspective, these wick moisture away from the surface to prevent moisture from sitting against the skin. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Sometimes he is unable to make it or he dribbles urine in his underwear. These Members Mark underwear are perfect for him. They are very comfortable. They are very absorbent. Overnights continue to be a challenge and leaking has been a cause of endless laundering, driving me crazy. My child does not have sensory issues with these as they are softer than competing brands. He seems like he doesn't know he is wearing them and for these many reasons, we have switched brands.
