This is a great alternative to expensive facial serums for aging in tough times. I combine this with other products, but the reason I'm leaving this review is because this one has a less unpleasant smell and taste so it's nicer to use on face near lips etc without much complaint. I just puncture the gel cap, squeeze into palm, and pat it into all the areas on my face where the wrinkles are worst. I see nearly as much improvement as months of use of brand name products

This was recommended on the Raynaud's site. It's been recommended for me for many years but it was always in Soy Oil so I couldn't take them. NO SOY!!

Even though this is a good price, this is dl-alpha-tocopherol which is the synthetic form of vitamin E and has about half the biological activity of the natural form. The natural form is d-alpha-tocopherol ( not dl ).

The bottle I received had a date only good until April 2024. I take 1 capsule a day. They will expire long before I can take them all.

Synthetic vitamin E. Not the real stuff. Do not recommend.
