[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disabled and need help out of bed to use the facilities. Sometimes the urge to go hits me like a ton of bricks, I don't make it out of bed and I just can't hold it. I'm also a very large girl so these gigantic pads are really helpful for accidents. We even use one sometimes at night on our kitchen floor for our dogs.

I like these pads very well for protection from night time leaks. I have stress incontinence and sometimes cough too hard or sneeze and leak a little bit. It is great for protecting my bed from getting damp. The pad is pretty absorbent, very sturdy, and well made. The pads are fairly good size and provide nice coverage. If you have very heavy or serious leakage, the pads may be too thin or might not be enough. Just an observation. These are also good if you are planning to eat or do a project of some sort while sitting in bed. They can be used as underpads to protect your bed from many different things not just wetting or accidents. *I received a free sample in exchange for my honest opinion.

They are horrible. I like the old ones better! The ones you had before were better than these. Too thin and they leak.

These are the worst underpads that I've ever used, I'm sorry I bought the big box wish there was a sample box so that I could've tried them first.

I use the pads some of the time and the underwear part of the time. I found the pads are soft and i don't even know I have them on. The underpads are a relief not to have to worry about not finding a restroom in time!

Member's Mark Underpads surpass other products on the market. The size is a perfect fit for an adult to sleep on and is sturdy. It is comfortable, stays in place and the top sheet is super absorbent.

I've actually been using these under my sons sheets just in case his diaper leak out. They're absorbent and the size is good to offer a lot of protection. There are a lot of uses for these and the value is great.
