I feel like this pad has a lot of padding yet thin. Using these under pads make clean up very easy and less time consuming.

I use them in my 3 year old son's twin sized bed at night to protect the mattress in case of accidents. Although he is potty trained, I don't always trust him on his expensive mattress at night, especially when he has had a lot to drink during the day. I don't like to put him in pull up diapers anymore, because at this point it would undermine his accomplishment. Member's Mark under pads are perfect for us. Placing an under pad on the bed under a new mom will save her and her partner from having to wash the sheets over and over on the same day. I also use them under my baby in her infant car seat. She tends to have blowouts on car rides, which used to require removing the car seat padding and cover in order to clean it. Now, I simply put her on an under pad before strapping her in, and clean up is much easier. She is still a mess, but the car seat is saved. They could probably serve as a substitute doggy pad in a pinch. So many uses! I recommend the under pads for those with bladder issues, young children, new moms, and dogs. I was so tired of cleaning the puddle on the floor surrounding the potty chair and my son stepping in it. These pads absorb all of the liquid so it doesn't puddle and run all over the floor, and saves my son from slipping in the puddle.

I like that these are a cost effective option that work well for my family's needs. These keep the bed and chair protected for my mom and our floors protected for our dog. I like that this generously sized packaging has smaller packages (8 packs of 15 underpads) which allows us to keep stock in multiple rooms in smaller spaces for quick replacement. As far as absorbancy, they meet expectations and no more. This really isn't much of an issue because accidents are generally small and pads are replaced immediately. The sizing is generous and allows for versatile use. I do wish these had double sided strips to keep in place like others we have used, because these tend to bunch up on both the bed and chair. I personally feel the great value of these underpads outweighs the benefits of a more absorbent pad and adhesive tape.

The large size underpads fit well on a bed, sitting chair or wherever you may need a little extra fluid protection.
