They definitely help protect the mattress pad. The size of the underpad covers a good portion of a twin bed.

Bought these for my dogs since Members Mark PeePads have been unavailable for months! They work well, are bigger, but much more expensive.

Given the packaging, I thought these would be the same quality as the 100 pack. Disappointed, they are much, much thinner.

We use the pads for our small Papillion Dog, rather than doggie papers. Seems to be more cost-effective.

The underpads do a good job holding the pee and waste. But the pads need to be 30" x 36" instead of 23" X 36" for better protection.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the product as well the price of the pad can not be matched.

I thought these would be a lot thicker than what they are. To thin for an adult who is incontinent over night. I do like the size of them
