I never received my order and they are refusing to refund me saying that I have to go into the store. Why? Refund me or send a replacement. Very disappointed!

My doctor prescribed Zyrtec many years ago. I discovered this generic product (cetirizine) a few years ago. It's a fraction of the cost and is the same, both in dosage (10mg) and effectiveness.
