I have been taking these pills for a few years and they worked great. The last 6 months they haven't been working. I have had to take benedryl well the generic kind.

My doctor prescribed me to take everyday because I have severe allergies (have been taking for over 5 years).Having to do allergy test that requires you not to take allergy medicine a week before after 48 hrs started having withdrawals which caused me to itch all over! In excruciating pain still and I’m on day 6 of no allergy medicine! Will not take again I am itching from head to toe literally! Take my advice this is good for short term but not long term take something you else!!

I'm so happy Sam's has this and at such a great price. I was recently diagnosed with allergies for the first time in my life. I was randomly buying OTC allergy meds not having a clue what to get. My doc said use cetirizine and stop the others. Works very well. I found out just how well when I stopped taking it for 3 days! I had no idea how expensive allergy meds are until now.

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago. The product is horrible and nothing like zyrtec. I feel worse since I started using it. I have this pressure feeling around my face and ears. Don't waste your time trying this product . Spend the money on the real stuff.

I bought this type of allergy pills at Sams club long time before. It’s Sams brand too. They worked. Couple days ago, I ran out of them. So I picked a pack up. I took two pills today, it didn’t relieve any my symptoms,. My husband and son told me they took 4 a day, it didn’t work at all either. So I had to return them. What happened to this drug?

I use Cetirizine for chronic congestion. This product works for me and has done so for many years. During those many years I have been getting Cetirizine as a prescription from my Doctor thus allowing me to use my Flexible Spending Account money for the co-pay reimbursement. However... when I discovered the incredible low price for 400 tablets... that completely blew away any tax advantage of using FSA dollars. I'll never be so blind again. If there is an over-the-counter product available that is acceptable to me and my Doctor's health care goals, then I will absolutely compare pricing for the best affect to my financial health as well as physical health and quality of life.

I am so mad I purchased this generic allergy medication! I have been taking for almost a month and no relief at all! I can’t take it back because I bought it a while ago. I keep taking to see if it’ll kick but no relief! My throat still itchy constantly sneezing eyes itchy and watery nose itchy! It’s like it’s making my allergies worse!
