I can’t comment on effectiveness. I was disappointed that I went to buy some at a special sale price and it was out of stock. Went back two days later and it was back in stock, but the sale was over.

I would suffer greatly without this product! Omeprazole is known to affect bone density so it is essential to get either Omeprazole or Esomeprazole with magnesium.

This product works and is readily available at Sam's, especially nice to be able to order online and not have to deal with the traffic. The website is easy to navigate and checking out is simple.

I have suffered from Gerd for many years - but when I tried OTC Esomeprazole Magnesium from SAM'S CLUB, my "night time heartburn" was OVER!! SAFE, Effective, and affordable!

I was using nexium for yrs. I ran out and asked my daughter to pick some up for me,but she bought this one instead. I can't believe how good this worked! I won't use nexium anymore.

I agree with the other reviewer, the formula has changed recently. The old formula (white and dark blue capsule) worked great, exactly as the name brand I was prescribed. But once I started on the new formula (light blue capsule) my acid reflux slowly returned. I just started back on the name brand and my acid reflux is under control again!

Like several of the other reviewers, I thought my acid reflux has just gotten worse over the past couple of months. I have reached the point where not only am I taking the Member's I I had been taking Member's Mark generic Nexium daily successfully for the past few years but for the past few months I have found myself supplementing it with Pepcid EVERY day! As I was on the product page, like a good little sheeple, getting ready to order my supply for this month thankfully I noticed the much lower review rating and decided to read the reviews. As I read review after review I wanted to knock myself upside the head for being SO dense...but I really don't want to add a headache to the persistent heartburn. There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with the old formula. It worked!!! But now there's the new, but definitely NOT improved formula and the upshot is that I, and probably many of their other customers, will now be forking over TWICE as much every month for the name brand formula. I can assure EVERYONE that I am not rich, wealthy, or sitting pretty but I am SURE most of you understand when I say...it's only money. If twice the current rate is what I need to pay up to put out the fire that ignites in my chest when I EVEN smell food, then so be it. I WILL BE putting in a suggestion that Sam's Club find a different manufacturer for this product if the current one is married to this new formula. I urge each and every one of you to please, take a moment and do the same. There's no guarantee that Sam's Club monitors the low rated reviews to learn if there is a problem, with one of their products, that THEY actually need to step in and resolve.
