Very simple to take, easy to swallow, but you do have to take it daily. It comes in three small bottles with 14 capsules in each. It says it can take up to 1 to 4 days for full effect. I felt mine on the 3rd day. No bad side effects, no aftertaste, etc. Haven't experienced any acid problems or had trouble sleeping since I began taking this. Can definitely recommend.

I suffer from really bad GERD. I normally take aciphex however, when I’m out these little pills do a great job at keeping things at bay. Without these I get the burning throat, burps that tend to want to bring everything back up, burning chest, as well as chest pain, all the symptoms! If your reading this you know the just of it. These pills are great, they’re cheap, and they work WELL. You won’t be disappointed.
