I like that I only have to take 1 per day, and that they prevent heartburn. I am so much happier preventing heartburn as opposed to treating after it has occurred!

On the label it says it takes up to four days for it to start working, but it only took less than a day for it to start working for me. My love of sparkling waters greatly increased my acid level and made me miserable. So I tried this product and decided to try it out on the first day. I drank as many as I would as if I didn't have an acid problem- that's up to 3 bottles a day. I noticed it working right away!

I take this before to help alleviate the symptoms. Definitely better to take before onset as the slow release won't help if you're already experiencing symptoms.

I found that these capsules didn't seem to work as well as I expected. I have used other acid reducers, but they have always been tablets. It shouldn't make a difference, but it seemed to have with me. Not an awful product.
