On the label it says it takes up to four days for it to start working, but it only took less than a day for it to start working for me. My love of sparkling waters greatly increased my acid level and made me miserable. So I tried this product and decided to try it out on the first day. I drank as many as I would as if I didn't have an acid problem- that's up to 3 bottles a day. I noticed it working right away!

So, I followed the manufacturer's instructions and took one capsule every day with water before breakfast for 14 days. It did not work right away, but then it does not claim to. I started to notice a difference after about five days. Having read the manufacturer's tips for avoiding heartburn, I realize there are a few things I could be doing proactively to help with the symptoms of heartburn which I am now going to implement. However, I still have two further 14-day supplies should I need it. Very happy with this product which proved effective in helping with my heartburn issues.
