Disappointed

Lots of mold inside the box. Cans were rusting from the mold. I had to throw the whole thing away.

I buy these frequently as they are of great quality and easy to use for stews, chili, and salads.

Dice is a little too large for my liking.

Bulk convenience is great, but when using these for family recipes, I don't want to have to weed out the black, rotten tomato parts, tomato skin, and large stem pieces. Seriously? Take this off your floor until you clean these up. This is completely unacceptable. I bought a second case 3 months later just to see if it was a fluke but the second was even worse.

Preparation needs immediate attention!!!

This is basically just tomatoes and sea salt, with citric acid and calcium chloride added for preservation.  I love that other spices are not included because I like to create my own flavor.  I smash some and puree the rest of the tomatoes as my sauce base.  I used to blanch my tomatoes, but that is time consuming.  I found that these canned tomatoes taste just as good as blanching fresh tomatoes……. Just EASIER!  Also, the can is a NON-BPA LINER.
