Since I started taking this every day, I've noticed a marked difference in my energy levels. I've always been skeptical of taking things like multivitamins so I was a bit amazed at the difference in how I felt. Works great for me! And I definitely notice a difference if I forget to take it for several days. The pills are somewhat large.

Ive been taking these for years! I had a gastric bypass 20 years ago and need to take a Multivitamin daily. As long as Sams have these, i will continue to purchase.

My wife finally purchased these, and she says too much B12 makes her not sleep, so cut it in half if you need to, and take with a meal, but take at least something like this at least 3 times per week. Our body needs less junk food and more quality (not quantity!) food supplements as our body is VERY EFFICIENT! It is amazing that just a protein yogurt and some honey and blueberries and granola can energize us for most of the day! Try running any car or machine with just that!

These are just way too big to even take. I plan on returning them. I saw a lot of reviewers saying they're big, but that they could still take them. That's an understatement; they're so big I cannot take them, they feel stuck in my throat.

These multivitamins have changed as others have stated, including less of certain vitamin ingredients, they also no longer have the yellow outer shell/coating. These are now light brown/freckled in color without a coating. Without the coating, they can cause an upset stomach if taken on an empty stomach.

The Supplement Facts in the pictures are wrong from the actual bottle I received. If your looking for a specific percentage of daily value better check the actual bottle itself.

Ordering online from Sam's Club is one of the worse experiences. It took two calls to customer service and over 90 minutes to simply order three items. After being a customer for many years, suddenly they couldn't deliver to my address. Eventually, I had to place three separate orders, one for each item, to get it to process. AND soon I'll be charged additional money for shipping, even though I'm a Plus Membership! I will be dropping my membership as soon as it expires.

This Product is double the price of the Member's Mark Multivitamin it replaced. Not sure why it was considered good for the member to have to pay double when the other product was better for me. I am using my rewards from a different store for a different brand name that is cheaper with my rewards.

I couldn't get the lid off. My husband was unable to remove it as well. I was ready to take my SawsAll to it, but decided to return it instead. The Customer Service gal was also unable to remove the lid. This one was definitely Child AND Adult-Proof!
