If you are used to Centrum Complete or equivalent, this is larger and is difficult to swallow whole. Specific example being…. Equate Complete Multi size is .750” x .290” x .328” and ALL edges tapered. This pill is .760” x .310” x .355” with NO tapered edges. Little math says these are 15% larger than normal vitamin pill. Good luck getting these down without the sharp cut edges snagging it.

Looks like good numbers, but they are very difficult to swallow, not because they are big, but because there is no coating. The outside quickly melts away leaving a very coarse surface that I found impossible to swallow. I'll have to try another brand.

Cant open bottle, push down on cap doesn't work since the plastic label turns instead..

Easy to swallow and the list of ingredients seems excellent. I take one every day and I feel that it will help me live longer and stay healthy.

This multivitamin has been helpful for my husband. It is a great value for the number of tablets included.

They are reasonably priced and have all the same vitamins and minerals as the brand name vitamins would have at a better price.

Wanted to buy it but called the helpline and they confirmed Gelatin in this product is from Pork so opted to not buy it. Seems like a great deal but too bad not for us.
