Compare ingredients to the same Members Mark product from a year ago and you'll find MUCH LESS vitamin ingredient on many of the key items. Same product, same price, significantly fewer key vitamins.

Haven't taken them long enough to have an opinion. But who can say subjectivity that a vitamin contributed to a measurable effect? We take them because we know we should. Expect no superpowers.

This WAS a great product, and online it still shows the previous amount of ingredients. However now the very essential ingredients have been reduced. Example previously Selenium was 110 µg now 55

I used to take One a Day for men until I saw these hit the shelf, and I decided to give them a try. They are a great vitamin for the price and I cannot tell a difference between these and One a Day.

I had terrible upper right quadrant abdominal pains over the course of a week to 10 days that grew worse by the day and got to the point where I would dread eating because I knew 20 minutes afterwards the pain and discomfort would start and usually lasted an hour or two, it got SO bad I was actually ready to go to the hospital one evening. I've been through a ruptured colon and colostomy and that trauma was the worst pain I ever had in my abdominal area, this pain/discomfort a close 2nd. I stopped taking these and next day it was COMPLETELY gone, not even a trace of issue and was the only thing I changed, tossed them right in the trash. Beware!
