I’ve been buying the Members Mark pads for years. They were the best, very thick and absorbent. Very disappointed to get this new box and find that they have completely changed them. They are so thin and don’t absorb anything. Absolutely useless! What’s the point if I have to mop the floor every time my dog uses them. Please bring back the old pads!!!

First they have gotten smaller they used to be 23" x 30" I have trays these used to sit in perfectly and its my fault for not noticing they changed the size and not the price. But this is where they now get one star. They have stopped putting the absorbent material evenly over the pad, now it is in spots over the pad so when holding up to the light you see maybe about 20% of the pad has that material between the paper top and plastic back. I would recommend you to look else where if you want better pads that absorbs the liquid because these just do not do the job. The quality of the product has gone down so bad; it just better to use layers of newspaper and that does the job just a well or even better.

We have been using this product for many years with our small Maltipoo (11.5 pounds). Of late, this product is no longer performing as all previous pads purchased at your store have performed in the past.  The urine is soaking through regularly to the floor beneath; negating the value and functionality of this product. We have to clean/disinfect the floor several times a day. This occurs whether it is a little urine or a lot.      When speaking with a friend who uses this product too, they commented that they are noticing it as well.

Product has changed! These are not the same quality that Sams Club used to sell… same brand and packaging but the pads are thin and leak. These are now similar to the pads that I used to find at the dollar store, no longer the high-quality, highly absorbant pads that they used to sell in this packaging. Going to cancel my plus membership.

These pads used to be great, however, the last two orders I've placed for delivery have been incredibly sub-standard. It would appear the supplier or manufacturing process has completely changed over the last few months, which has led to pads being incredibly thin or missing absorbent padding altogether. There also appears to be some sort of rough texture on the back side of the pads, which upon closer inspection reveals micro perforations in some areas. This completely renders pads useless, and we've had quite a few leak throughs due to this. Unless these go back to prior quality, I cannot recommend these to friends or family, or continue using them.

These pee pads are sooooo bad the urine runs straight through on the floor I'm contsantly mopping because of this and the urine smells extra strong just sitting under plastic. I've purchased better from family dollar for $1 for 4 in a pack. I will be reaching out to the company to complain about these, what a waste of money & time cleaning such a headache.

These were the only dog pads my Dad and I would purchase. We both noticed a decline in quality. They are also more expensive now. I already placed an order with a competitor. You lost myself and my Father Sam’s Club. I likely won’t renew membership in April. Quality of many of my products has gone way down. Time to check out the other wholesale club.

I purchased the pads in a new box at store and have used this one for seven years with no issue. The ones in the new box were terrible my dog wouldn’t use them pee on floor. So when I looked on the website I saw they still had the other box but only if shipped so I took the others back and spoke to customer service first. As I use them daily I decided to upgrade my membership to plus (which cost a lot more but save on shipping. They arrived and are not the same as before even though the box looks like they are different than new ones. Again my dog won’t go on them.BRING the old ones back and this light bait and switch to me.

I have been purchasing this brand for YEARS. The new version is AWFUL. They are not as absorbant, THIN, and do not hold as much liquid as the previous version. These are similar to dollar store pads now. PLEASE bring back the old version. I beg! They were the best dog pads in my area.

The new redesigned pads at higher cost are terrible. My 14 year old polmeranian has used Pee pads for years. I have been using this brand for years and they have worked well. No longer. My dog uninates near the edge of the pad and they no longer absorb like they did in the past. Significant amounts of liquid now simply leak out the sides to my floor. A total mess. This was not a problem in the past.
