I have been using these for 15 years and have seen many changes. The boxes did state "Holds 8 cups", then I started getting smaller boxes without that printed on the box. The next box was even smaller even though it said there were still 120 in the box. I was getting them in the store so I started ordering them and made sure I got the ones that still said "holds 8 cups". Most of the time those were "out of stock" so I had to get the smaller box. Now I have been getting the larger box but there are terrible. They definitely do not hold 8 cups. Hold one up to the light. You will be amazed at the poor quality. The filler is only in spots and you can see large places where there is no filler. I'm going to change vendors for pee pads. These are not worth the trouble of ordering, even if they were free. Very dissatisfied. Won't be buying again. I know my small amount won't hurt Sam's but I did buy 4 boxes pe month. They need to go back to the ones they had 15 years ago.

The majority of consumers shop by product picture on packaging of items purchased before. It isn't very honest on Sam's part to feature the same packaging on a product that is a squirt shy of what it used to be, which was much larger. These pads are inferior. They are thin and small. I don't want to give them a 1 pee or poop rating. I will be returning them and from now on ordering training pads with someone else. If the larger ones are no longer made, which I can't find on your online store, the smaller ones should have different packaging. Attached are pictures of previous purchase and recent purchase.

As of Feb 2020, drastically changed. Now cut down in size (not 23 x 24). Quality is gone, now cheaply made, not as absorbent, tends to leak through pads onto the floor. Have to use two pads, one faced up with a pad faced down below it to help catch what the cheap made top pad doesnt hold! I buy 4-6 boxes a month for my 5 inside dogs, but now I need to find better pads. Can no longer recommend these to anyone.

I have bought these previously and they were excellent, but the quality they have made these now is terrible. They do not hold any pee throughout the day, and they leave a huge puddle under the pad, doubling the pads does not help me. I would not recommend these at all, would give a zero star rating if I could,.

These pads used to be great, however, the last two orders I've placed for delivery have been incredibly sub-standard. It would appear the supplier or manufacturing process has completely changed over the last few months, which has led to pads being incredibly thin or missing absorbent padding altogether. There also appears to be some sort of rough texture on the back side of the pads, which upon closer inspection reveals micro perforations in some areas. This completely renders pads useless, and we've had quite a few leak throughs due to this. Unless these go back to prior quality, I cannot recommend these to friends or family, or continue using them.

These are not the same pads that have been sold in Sams Club stores. Those are out of stock in the store. The box has the same picture, but is significantly smaller ( although same 120 pads in number). These are quilted and much thinner. I ordered 7 boxes and after paying over 30 dollars in shipping, I have huge regrets. Buyer beware.

These new pads are horrible. I have a plastic mat under the pad which is soaked every time I lift the pad. The old pads I never had this problem. I am currently looking for a new pad as these are a waste of money. newspaper would work better. Oh and they do not absorb odor like the old pad did either.

The new redesigned pads at higher cost are terrible. My 14 year old polmeranian has used Pee pads for years. I have been using this brand for years and they have worked well. No longer. My dog uninates near the edge of the pad and they no longer absorb like they did in the past. Significant amounts of liquid now simply leak out the sides to my floor. A total mess. This was not a problem in the past.

Product has changed! These are not the same quality that Sams Club used to sell… same brand and packaging but the pads are thin and leak. These are now similar to the pads that I used to find at the dollar store, no longer the high-quality, highly absorbant pads that they used to sell in this packaging. Going to cancel my plus membership.

I use LOTS of these with 5 cats. I put them under and around their litter boxes since a couple of them have a tendency to stand up instead of squatting, causing them to shoot over the outside of the box. I like this brand very much, easy to open and absorbent plus a good value. My only disappointment is they've changed the color of the plastic backing and edges to green in place of the neutral, more subtle beige so now they stand out more in décor. I don't know why things have to always change instead of just leaving a good thing alone.
