I have been purchasing these pads for the last 4 years. They are no longer the pads I used to buy. These leak, the old ones never did.They are also thinner and not as absorbent, the liquid just pools and rolls off, never being absorbed. I thought only the picture on the box changed, but I was wrong, the contents have changed as well and not for the better.

These pads were 23 X 30 and 120 ct in a box for the same price for a very long - didn't realize the size change of 6" all the way around and ordered 2 boxes like always - they are smaller, not as absorbent - urine runs off them into the floor and I will never buy these again

I had used Members Mark previously and I loved them and swore by them. I am not sure what they have done with them (have not used for a while) but they are the worst....My pup is only slightly over 3 lbs!!! and it leaks through to the floor! Extremely dissapointed.

I have been purchasing these pads for over 8 years and never had any problems. This last two (2) boxes that I have purchased have been absolutely horrible. The quality is really bad, much thinner and also leaves a smell. I have a six lb. yorkie and her urine goes right through the pads leaving me to have to clean the floor after each use of a pad. I am very disappointed with the poor quality. I really have truly enjoyed using these pads over the years, but I will not continue to spend my hard earned $$ on something that my fur baby nor myself is not happy with. I would appreciate if someone would reach out to me on this matter. Thank you.

I used to buy them all the time I just recently bought some there made of a thinner material that is more chequered looking. They suck my dog leaked through them. The quality of your old ones were better these ones are horrible I will no longer purchase and I was a steady customer 3 boxes a month DONT BUY not the same item

When my dog pees on the pad it isn’t absorbed at all…..it just sits on top and feels like my dog is stepping into a freezing puddle no matter how long it stays. I have a tiny little yorkie yes a lot but not like a big dog I thought maybe water had spilled on the floor when I changed the pad because everything was wet underneath but on the third and fourth pad changes they were still wet underneath thank goodness I have hardwood floors. Never in my life but a horrible product from Sam’s ….. I will go back to purchasing my pads on Amazon there is a scent that draws your pet to let them know where to Urinate I’ve never had any leakage they’re amazing I might be a little more but truly worth it.

Used this product for years. It keeps getting worse. Newest box is a different manufacturer than the last one we purchased. Less pads in the box, less absorbent than before, an inch shorter on all sides. We are finding many members mark products are changing manufacturers who are providing an inferior product. We really would not mind paying a few extra dollars for the same product we used to get. Adjust the price as needed, not the quality. Looking for another brand for training pads.

I used to like these and thought they were good for their money but the last couple of boxes that I’ve bought they have gotten thinner and smaller. I’ve had to double them up because they don’t hold very much. They’re not worth buying since I have to double them up so I’m looking to buy something else

I went to get these pads today and I noticed the box was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. I was cornered and rightly so. They are THIN! Just like Walmart's now. The price has gone up at least $3 over 3 yrs. Now, at maximum price, they've DECREASED the quality/total volume. I depended on using these pads for multiple purposes. I don't plan on buying these ever again.
