Purchased for our puppy, had been buying smaller bags of pads and running through them too quick. I will never purchase these again. They leak, do no absorb, and have a horrible sour smell when they have been used (that we had never smelled or had happen with other brand of pads)

Very thin and cheap.

I noticed awhile back when I went to sams that there were 2 different size packages with the same amount in the box. I always got the larger box. This last time they only had the smaller box. These pads are extremely thin and horrible. Now I can’t order several online because I don’t know what I will get. When I’m at sams which isn’t often since its so far away I’ll grab these if they have the big boxes but I won’t ever buy the small boxes anymore. Please get rid of these horrible pads and bring back the good ones.

I have used these for years. I received my order this time and the box was smaller but same number of pads. They are thinner and do not absorb as well. Bad move. The price went up the quality went down. Why not maybe decease a few pads per box with the better quality. Currently, I am looking to buy for some where the quality is better than what members mark has just changed to….

The surface of these pads are not quilted as stated and shown on the box; therefore, the absorbant cotton layer is not held in place and is very thin in some spots. This is a manufacturing error and should be addressed with them. Also, sometimes there is a glue residue on the plastic borders. When the pad is opened up, the glued spot will tear the backing and I have to put scotch tape over the tear.

Used to be a great product. The last two boxes have been a totally different material of puppy pad. Material moves around easy and is now super flimsy. Really hope they go back to the old material otherwise it’s pointless to buy them here anymore when it is the same quality you can get for cheaper at the local stores.
