- 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/8/2024The quality has been changed and I do not recommend them. I have been buying them for the past 5 years and they were much thicker and way more absorbent. They are now very thin and the pee bleeds all over the pad so my dog's paws now get pee all over them and tracks it onto the rugs. My dog is 6 pounds so this should not be happening.
Quality has changed from excellent to poor
SK - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/30/2021we have been using Sam's pet pads for several years with no complaint on price or quality. This time something has changed. The quality of the pads has suffered significantly. Now they are of the same quality as most of the other inferior pads. Using Sam's pads has been the primary reason we purchase a yearly membership. Guess we will save that money from here on.
Another superior product bites the dust
jdmcever - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase10/4/2022You had the best pads on the market. By far better than any I have ever found before. I work with rescues so I was buying 6 to 8 cases a month. I wouldn't even call these new pads marginal. They are thin, they leak, and are no better than dime store cheapies. Shame on you Sam's Club. Once again you continue to show it's not about the customer. The only reason I don't give this product zero stars is because it is not an option.
From Best to Worst
David BrownSupplier ResponseGood Afternoon David and thank you for your feedback. Providing our customers with a high quality product is very important... - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase9/17/2025Very satisfied. My pooch is small but can flood an average potty pad. As long as she doesn’t aim too close to the edge she isn’t causing overflow off these pads! She only weight 7# but she can overflow the edges of every other brand I’ve tried. Planning to stay with this brand
BEST PAD I’VE TRIED. PLAN TO KEEP USING THEM!!!
Carm Hooper - 3 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase8/8/2025I've been ordering doggie pee pads from Chewy for several years, but shipping prices now cost most of the price of a case of these. Same dimensions as these, but thicker. My local Sam's Club was out of these, so I ordered three cases to qualify for free shipping. I ended up getting 3 cases of these (360 pee pads) for $51. I look forward to using them up soon. Unfortunately these are much thinner than the competition. I have to use six of these for the same protection for my floor that I get with four from Chewy.
Cheap for a reason
Paul Robertz - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase4/22/2024Unfortunately, like many other reviews, I noticed these potty pads are not what they used to be. They used to be thick and actually do what the box says, hold 8 cups. Now I'm changing a pad much quicker than the original pads. Please bring the original pads back. They were perfect for our pup since she takes steroids for allergies and drinks and pees alot. Thank you. Blessings!
Disappointed
Nique - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase5/5/2024I was happy to see wee pads at Sam's. The price was good, so I thought all wee pads were about the same. NOT SO. One regular wee on one pad and it has leaked through the pad. Add 2 wee's and it's a disgusting mess. The box says it holds 8 cups! Must be a misprint because it should say 8 ounces. I'll be buying wee pads elsewhere.
Does Not Hold Wee
CK - 3 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase7/4/2022I bought the Members Mark Training pads when we got our small breed puppy over a year ago and have been buying them ever since. Then they suddenly changed and were thinner and not quilted like they used to be. They don't hold up as well and leak sometimes. Training pads are expensive but so far Sam's price has not risen yet, they're just not made as well anymore. It's just a product of our times I suppose. However should the price increase in the future I will be shopping around for some better made pads, even if they cost more as long as they perform as they should, then I will be changing my brand.
Nothing Stays the Same
BhSupplier ResponseGood Afternoon, thank you for your feedback. Providing our customers with a high quality product is very important to us. S... - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase10/31/2023These are by far THE BEST pads ever. I have a 9 year old 10lb Maltipoo. She has a certain spot to do her business, and these pads absorb just as the box indicates. They have stopped selling them in my Sam’s club so I ordered 4 boxes. I would highly recommend them for puppies to adult dogs.
No other pads can compare
Mz Ladybug - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase4/4/2024Your box looks the same with the same amount of pee pads in it . It is a much smaller box. There’s no way it can absorb the same amount of pee and it doesn’t. That’s false advertising. I’ve used these pee pads for years and you used to be able to get them in the store. Now you can only get them online but as I said the box looks the same but it’s smaller. It seems you are trying to trick consumers into thinking it’s the same product. The one you carry in the store is a different looking box and it too is smaller and it doesn’t absorb as much. It is false advertising. If you have to reduce the quantity you should change the look of the box. It’s not the same product. I’m very disappointed in Sam’s club. I’ve been member for years and...
False advertising on pee pads
Elaine - 2 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/21/2021These puppy pads are not sturdy. They tear easily. The cotton/filler is very thin and sparse in areas. Not quilted like the box says. They do absorb, but when they tear the liquid leaks out on to the floor. Very disappointed in the quality. We purchased puppy pads several years ago at Sam's Club that were so much better. The price and quantity are good...just wish the quality was good.
Poor Quality
JulieSupplier ResponseGood Morning Julie, thank you for your feedback. Providing our customers with a high quality product is very important to u... - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase10/19/2024Not absorbant. Sams cancels deliveries with no apology or explanation. They dont answer the phone. They charge you for items and dont deliver them. Then they want you to come in the store to get a refund. I was told by a bruh over the phone Fayetteville is a high volume store. I guess they are good on business and already have the maximum number of customers they can manage.
Not Absorbant
OverIt - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase9/11/2023pretty good size, but they leak. I have to put two down, one on top of the other to catch the leaking. I have a medium size dog and she doesn't pee that much. She also uses the pad only once, so I know she's not using a pad too much and she sure doesn't pee 8 cups at a time.
They leak
Ruth - 2 out of 5 stars review3/6/2026These used to be our favorite potty pad. But they have changed recently. They used to be folded in a narrow rectangle. Which made for really easy storage. Now they are folded into a larger square. But they also seem to be a little less absorbent. The old version was a five star item.
Used to be great
Brian - 1 out of 5 stars review2/11/2026I have been purchasing the Member's Mark absorbent training pads for a long time now for our dogs and have always been happy with the quality. The most recent box, with a new design, was a big disappointment. The pads are nowhere near the quality of the ones I've always purchased previously and are so thin and flimsy you can almost see through them. I don't know if I got a defective box or if the pads have changed along with the box design. If the pads have changed, I hope Sam's Club will go back to the style previously available because these don't work well at all. If this is the product quality moving forward, I will have to find a new source for doggie pee pads.
thinner and flimsier than they used to be
anonymous - 1 out of 5 stars review3/4/2026I've used those pads for years and always trusted their quality, but the latest box I bought was a real letdown. The pads are much thinner than before, there is almost no filling, and nowhere near as absorbent as the one's I've always bought. If this is the new standard, I'll have to look for a different brand.
Very disappointed with this product
Kiria - 4 out of 5 stars review2/2/2026The item is great but everyvtime I order for shipping to my home 9 times out of 10, I get an "out of stock",reply but whenever I go in to the store you always have an abundance in stock. I can't drive over 100 miles just to buy puppy pads. I order for home delivery frequently and its the one item that Is almost always out of stock.
Members mark puppy pads always out of stock when
IDA - 1 out of 5 stars review3/6/2026It shows members mark dog pads are available for shipping only (no longer in stores) but when you add it to cart it states it is not available to ship?? And it is automatically removed from my cart. Very frustrating. Please get back in stock. I had to get a BJ’s membership just to purchase dog pads! Not happy.
No longer carrying?
Chell - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/29/2026Not very big and not very durable
puppy pads
Angie - 1 out of 5 stars review4/17/2026These puppy pads use to be the bomb but they suck now. They must have decreased the padding because the pee comes right through now. What a waste!
NOT GOOD ANYMORE!
