Want the old product back!

These pads are now made terrible! They are thinner and they leak! The former product was excellent! Why change? This product is now made cheap and useless! I want the old product and quality back! I want my money back and will not purchase again!

Unavailable for shipping

Website says it is available for shipping, but when I try to check out….the item is not available for shipping. This is not a one time thing. I have been trying for over a month.

Do not recommend.

The pads don't absorb very well or quickly and liquid forms puddles on the pad. The pads leaks on the sides and middle. After I throw the pad away, on the floor where the pad was is damp and slightly wet. Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE

These pads are terrible. OK, I have medium-sized dogs but they pads don't absorb ANYTHING. I am constantly having to mop my floor and clean up the mess. It's like i don't have pads down at all.

Bring back the other puppy pads!

I bought 2 boxes of members mark puppy pads on July 1, 2023. It was such a waste of money. They are thin and don't hold liquid. The other puppy pads were awesome. Why did y'all change? My dogs used a pack in couple of days due to the leakage issues.

Waste of money!

Low quality product. You can see right through the potty pads. There is NO WAY these pads can hold 8 plus cups of pee. They leak all the time. You must use at least 2-3 pads to avoid puppy pee leaks.

New product sucks

Sam’s made a huge mistake. They changed this product to a MUCH inferior product. These “new” ones are worthless. They aren’t as thick, no odor control. These are useless. Please bring back the good ones.

sure miss these!

Look for these pads nearly every day online. They are my favorite and my dogs’. One of my dogs is very sensitive and reacts to the scent of other brands but not to these. Please bring back MM dog pads

I really like these training pads, I use them for my senior dog. Not sure why they are not selling these in the store anymore, now I have a hard time finding them. I do really recommend them though, because they are a good size and very absorbent.
