I use this gum when I cant vape and need my nicotine. Its better than the chalky chewables I used to use, and cheaper.

My husband smokes a pack a day, but if he chews this gum he will smoke more than half usual. The only thing I will say is maybe I should have gotten 2mg instead because I do think sometimes the 4mg bothers your stomach because it’s just a little too strong.

But after about 5 minutes to use it really start scratching the back of my throat. my husband still uses it, but I personally cannot stand them. I can't stand the feeling of a toothbrush scraping the back of my throat, which is what it feels like basically.

It is the best option, and tastes better than the name brand nicotine gum. I feel that MM Nicotine gum is a much better deal as well, for less money you get more gum! I feel that you need to keep it fully stocked on the shelves.
