But after about 5 minutes to use it really start scratching the back of my throat. my husband still uses it, but I personally cannot stand them. I can't stand the feeling of a toothbrush scraping the back of my throat, which is what it feels like basically.

I would improve by offering and even more minty or menthol flavor, since many of us are menthol smokers. Yes, I would recommend to others.

He liked this and liked that you seemed to get a lot more gum for a lower price. the taste was similar and worked just as well. I usually social smoke on the weekends, and since I have started using this #nicotinegum , I haven’t smoked since . I would recommend this to someone is wanting to stop smoking. The gum has less side affects because it is ingested in my opinion. Compared to the patch it is a gradual affect. Great for breath too.
