So I'm using it to help cut down then quit completely. The fruit flavor tastes pretty good. The "pepper" taste of the nicotine does not.

Ive been using the name brand for years now and now Ive found something that works just as great for less. I started smoking again, and am now in the process of quitting again. I must say I didn't expect the Member's Mark brand nicotine gum to live up to the other brand, but it sure does! The gums are the same size, the ice mint flavor tastes great and is very refreshing, but best if all they really help me overcome my cravings and have already cut back in how often I need to take them. I am very confident that I won't be smoking again, and if anything I will just be buying more of this gum.

But after about 5 minutes to use it really start scratching the back of my throat. my husband still uses it, but I personally cannot stand them. I can't stand the feeling of a toothbrush scraping the back of my throat, which is what it feels like basically.

I tested the gum specifically on a high stress day that I'd normally be reaching for the smokes a lot. Tasted as good as any other gum, lasted quite a while, made my tongue a tiny bit tingly. What I was pleasantly surprised by was it doesn't make me jittery. I've tried supplementing nicotine with patches and other methods, they always make me super jittery, keep me awake at night, etc. I would absolutely purchase this and recommend.

I'm not a fan of mint and it makes my stomach hurts so I was a little disappointed because it's not fruity at all. I also think I should have ordered the lower strength nicotine gum, this one made my throat feel scratchy. I'll stick to vaping, but I probably would have loved this if I had ordered cinnamon flavor with the lower dose nicotine.

The gum has less side affects because it is ingested in my opinion. Compared to the patch it is a gradual affect. Great for breath too.

The Member's Mark 2 mg Nicotine Polacrilex Gum in mint flavor is a great aid to help you quit smoking. Flavor is great and no weird side effects.
