I thought I would never quit before I bought this. One box was enough to stay clean for 4 months - actually I still have 8 gums left I had some personal problems and I'm smoking cigarettes for one week now, I'll get back to the gums and I'm sure it'll help. I will finish the whole package and buy a 3rd once I'm done, I think I came back smoking because I have used not many gums. Stay strong y'all. FYI, the only thing I didn't like about this gum is you will end up with yellow tongue and teeth after using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I wanted to quit smoking years ago, I thought smokeless tobacco was the answer. It was not. For me, the 2mg uncoated original flavor gum was the answer. I have now been tobacco free for years. I wish I had never tried smoking or smokeless tobacco because nicotine addiction is real. For that reason, I always keep the gum on hand for those urges. I have tried 4mg, 2mg, coated, uncoated, mint, fruit and original. The 2mg uncoated original is still my go-to. Be mindful that nicotine gum is addictive as well and should only be used as part of a plan or program to eliminate the dependency of nicotine.

The flavor is good with the original but they offer other flavors also. One piece lasts a while and it definitely helps with cravings

However, this product is incredibly expensive and while it helps your loved one stop smoking, he/she will definitely become addicted to the gum! Much better smell though.
