It helps him get through the work day and has definitely cut down how many cigarettes he smokes after only using it for one day. He has not tried the Nicorette gum so cannot compare the two. Mint flavor is okay.

I thought I would never quit before I bought this. One box was enough to stay clean for 4 months - actually I still have 8 gums left I had some personal problems and I'm smoking cigarettes for one week now, I'll get back to the gums and I'm sure it'll help. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The member's Mark 4 mg nicotine gum is a very great alternative to the nicorette brand. The gum is about the same as the other with the only exception being a slight resilience in the emulsification process when you begin chewing.

However, this product is incredibly expensive and while it helps your loved one stop smoking, he/she will definitely become addicted to the gum! Much better smell though.

Read instructions before using because it will start burning but thats when you put in on inside lip and it will stop burning and start working!!
