However, this product is incredibly expensive and while it helps your loved one stop smoking, he/she will definitely become addicted to the gum! Much better smell though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I wanted to quit smoking years ago, I thought smokeless tobacco was the answer. It was not. For me, the 2mg uncoated original flavor gum was the answer. I have now been tobacco free for years. I wish I had never tried smoking or smokeless tobacco because nicotine addiction is real. For that reason, I always keep the gum on hand for those urges. I have tried 4mg, 2mg, coated, uncoated, mint, fruit and original. The 2mg uncoated original is still my go-to. Be mindful that nicotine gum is addictive as well and should only be used as part of a plan or program to eliminate the dependency of nicotine.

This was his first time trying Nicotine gum, and as he doesnt smoke that many during the day, we decided to get the 2mg coated mint flavor. He mentioned that at first it is just like chewing a regular gum, he loved the hard coat and the minty flavor was really good and refreshing. After a few minutes of chewing he said he experienced some slight burning in his mouth and then his throat. He eventually did feel a little more relaxed and destressed but the burning did not go away until after a while of chewing. This was probably the only thing that he disliked about the gum. This campaign provides full cashback on such a large size product which is really good because it really allows for new habits to form which in this case would be to stop smoking.

The flavor is good with the original but they offer other flavors also. One piece lasts a while and it definitely helps with cravings

I bought them, but after reading the label I am concerned about taking them. I only smoke about 4 ciggarettes a day, typically nothing before noon. This gum wants me to chew every 2 hours without wavering, this would make me more addicted, would it not?

This worked to guit smoking. They are addictive and hard to quit.
