My husband has used this for years in place of cigarettes. Just as good as Nicorette but the cost is a lot better!

I bought them, but after reading the label I am concerned about taking them. I only smoke about 4 ciggarettes a day, typically nothing before noon. This gum wants me to chew every 2 hours without wavering, this would make me more addicted, would it not?

For me, the 2mg uncoated original flavor gum was the answer. I have now been tobacco free for years. I wish I had never tried smoking or smokeless tobacco because nicotine addiction is real. For that reason, I always keep the gum on hand for those urges. I have tried 4mg, 2mg, coated, uncoated, mint, fruit and original. The 2mg uncoated original is still my go-to. Be mindful that nicotine gum is addictive as well and should only be used as part of a plan or program to eliminate the dependency of nicotine.
