Durable

I bought a case of these paper towels. I've started using them and some rolls are fine. Unfortunately, two rolls (so far) that I've opened have been defective. The quilting is inconsistant on the one side and nonexistent on the other side. The 2 ply sheets are separating and making 2 thin sheets instead of one thick sheet. I thought it was a fluke after the first defective roll, but now that I've opened a second, I'm thinking there will be more. Very disappointed.

Okay so I’m tired of getting used to a product and then the company changes it. I used to buy the regular members mark paper towels and noticed that I started seeing that they seemed to change the quality. They used to be my go to paper towels and decided to try these as they seemed stronger and more absorbent but I feel as though there is a weird coating on them and they aren’t as strong and seem kinda thin and weird. I will continue to buy Bounty for now. Maybe the big wigs will get the hint.

These are a waste for our family of 2. I end up tearing each sheet in half which makes me mad. When the package was delivered the box had been ripped open and the covering of the rolls themselves was torn open. I order frequently from Sam’s Club and am usually pleased. This, however, was the worst ever. The towels are absorbent. The next time I’ll definitely order the half sheets.

I have purchased Members Mark paper towels for years and purchased a new package of these a couple weeks ago. Why on earth would you change a good product to make it so inferior and up the price by $8???? This new version is nothing more than a very thin cardboard. They are thinner, harder and much stiffer than the ones I previously purchased. I would be scared to wipe my stainless steel appliances with them for fear of them being scratched. I would be returning these, but I had thrown away the outer plastic when storing them. What a huge disappointment.

What happened to Member's Mark Premium Paper Towels? These new ones purchased in November 2021 are no longer perforated every six inches reducing unnecessary waste and the quality of the paper is poor...thin and not as absorbent. The new sheets are 10 1/2 inches wide. I would rather pay more for quality than pay the same amount for these poor quality towels. Very disappointing.

Very sturdy towels and the only ones I will buy.

I prefer the select a size not the full sheets.
