[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a faithful Bounty Select-a-Size buyer for years. I want paper towels that work well, leave little or no lint, and don't have a funny smell when they get wet. Four years ago, Bounty changed their manufacturing process, and the new towels were thinner, flimsy, and left a lot of lint. I tried a few other brands that were available in the store, but nothing was as good as the old Bounty towels. One afternoon, we were eating lunch at a local pizza shop. They keep rolls of paper towels on dispensers at the tables, to be used as "hearty" napkins. I was shocked to find that the towels were thick, plain white, really absorbent, and left no lint on my hands. I asked the girl at the counter what brand they were, and she asked the owner. He came out of the kitchen with a new wrapped roll of Member's Mark paper towels, handed them to me, and said, "Aren't these great? Here's a roll to take with you!" I've been buying them regularly at Sam's Club since then. These paper towels are excellent. They are very absorbent, the size is perfect, and they don't fall apart when they get wet. They feel very high quality, and I have had several guests in my home comment on how nice the towels are, and how well they work. I always offer them a new roll, "to go"!

This was the only available paper towel on the day I was there, so I took a package of it home. I have found the sheets to be very thin and it takes twice the amount to do the same job as one of the other brands. I even found that it would shred and roll up and tiny little balls when I would be using it to scrub something or wipe something. I was really disappointed because Sam’s brand is usually really good.

Much cheaper than the leading brand and is at least as absorbent. What I like best is not having to deal with tearing off a sheet only to find only a half of a paper towel. It is very difficult to find paper towels that are not “ choose a sheet” which I have absolutely no use for… worst thing to ever happen to paper towels!

These are the paper towels I have used for many years. The 15 roll package works well for me to share with my college kids. The towels are absorbent and the sheets are easy to tear apart in short sections so you don’t use more than you need. Towels hold up well.

I love these paper towels! I usually purchase the full sheets, and they are so strong and really clean up spills. I use them in food preparation to help with accidental cross-contamination. We also take them on road trips, and I use them in my classroom as well.

I love Sam's club for the most. What I do not like is just like so many others, your customers are being "fooled" to believe we are getting the same size or quantity of products at the same cost or in many cases the price is even higher. The half sheet paper towels have differently shink in size as we have a towel holder and for a long time after we installed a new roll, you could not turn the roll until a few sheets were removed. Here is where it should be illegal or with consequences, manufacturers are using the same packaging but yet the products are a lot less. I do not know about the rest, but I am getting very tired of being taken advantage of with false or misleading products which are less than what has been the norm for years. This is fraudulent and the packaging should indicate there has been a change within its product size, recipes etc..

When I started buying Members Mark Paper towels five years ago, I thought it would be a one time thing since the name brand ones was out of stock.(not going to mention the name). After I used the members mark paper towels, I noticed they didn't tear up when I used to wipe the counters or windows. I didn't have to use a lot of paper towels to clean the kitchen, 4 towels for the patio doors, table, counters, and appliances. That's with three adults two puppies and a parrot in the house.

you should sell more of the selectable size

I thought I was buying the half sheet rolls, because the packaging looked the same. Do I have to check everything you sell from now on to see if I'm being mislead? I'm aware of the "buyer beware" thing, but I've been a customer since the 1980's when it was called The Wholesale Club in Columbus Ohio before it was bought by Sam's. Your HUGE ROLLS do not fit any of my paper towels holders.

I have purchased these for years. The quality and the price were great. I'm giving this a 1 out of 5 score. Why? Because they took away the feature that I appreciated the most. The perforated half sheets. Now, it's full sheets. They took away my choice. I understand from a marketing perspective that if the option of half sheets isn't available, that the default will be to use the mandatory full sheets..We'll have to use more sheets, resulting in us having to buy more frequently. Thus increasing their sales. They took away my choice. I'm switching brands.
