The cookies tasted like they may have been previously frozen. The flavor would have been OK if not for that as they tasted somewhat old. They were well packaged so I don’t believe that was a factor.

I give individual canisters to my boss and workmates every year for the holidays. I get requests to keep on giving them every year. The cookies are yummy!

These are such good cookies. I wish they were available all year long. I don’t really care about the can although it does keep the cookies in good shape.

These cookies are perfect after all the heavy holiday desserts. They are a light crispy shortbread. I enjoy them with coffee or tea. Great to have on hand to serve company.

These cookies are called "Shortbread." Upon checking the ingredients I find palm oil listed as the primary fat. True shortbread derives its lucious flavor from butter and when no butter is used in the recipe, these cookies will always come up short (no pun intended) Instead of a nice snack, all the cans went into the trash. What a waste Members Mark. Please source a better product.

What a disappointment. I was going to give these as a gift. Glad I tasted them first. It would have been an embarrassment to give these. They just don't taste good. No butter or almond flavor. Sort of a stale, bland flavor. Do not buy these unless you just want the canisters.

The cookies are crisp/crunchy. The taste is lackluster at best, in fact they have a greasy aftertaste. During an internet search about greasy tasting shortbread cookies, they all reference an incorrect balance of flour to butter in the recipe. Looking at the ingredients there is no butter at all, but there is PALM OIL. The product description mentions a traditional European recipe, not certain how many palms would be found in Europe to source oil from.

Cookies are great. I buy them every year. Received order today and the tins were crushed. I bought them to give as gifts and they are useless. I actually buy them frequently when they are available during the holidays but sadly, I will not order to ship ever again. I live 100 miles from every location so I guess I'll find another option for gifts to the mailman, ups and fed ex, etc.

I bought it intending to gift the four tins to four different people. Seemed like a cute idea in the store. But when I got home and unwrapped the package, on the bottom of each tin it says "4 pack shortbread cookies." It just felt cheap, because clearly the receiver knows they're getting a forth of something. Might be fine for a certain "level" of gift- like someone you don't really need much more than a card for, but I had intended to give them to coaches who work pretty hard for us all year. I decided to get something else for them instead because I was uncomfortable giving these.

Mangled cans were so disappointing. You can buy shortbread cookies anywhere but I wanted the tins that came so crushed they are unusable. I hate this! I'm not driving 21 miles to exchange it so I just threw them away and sucked up the financial loss.
