This is my fav, it was the best ! The flavor is light and balanced, not overly sweet. Highly recommend! Staple of my breakfast foods! This is a great thick.

To be honest I am not a big fan of yogurt but my mother eats this every morning so I was thinking since a 91 year old likes it maybe I should try and actually it was not bad I eat it about 3 times a week not everyday but that is a start.
