I really like this yoghurt as a treat. It is always with me at my workplace when I need something for break. There is lots of different taste to choose but this one is one of my best one. Good size for one portion.

Great flavor. Love the creamy consistency and that there are little bits of strawberry blended in as well. Always fresh. Great price point and easy to find at the stores as well.

If you need to poop then this is it. On a bonus note, it also tastes pretty good. Like the strawberry yoplait yogurts. I don’t eat these regularly because it makes your bowels so active

My daily choices are activia strawberries and peaches. They are my choice because doesn’t have a lot sweetness and they taste very good. Not too much calories but a good amount of probiotics.

Yoghurt is something I eat every week, the activia yoghurt has a really good strawberry taste! And it is something that I eat to have a balanced diet.
