Activia yogurt has always been a fan favorite in my house. It's lightweight and delicious. The best part about it is that it has real fruit! It's pretty nutritious aswell. It's not tart but isn't overly sweet. It stays fresh for a pretty good amount of time and is super easy to store!

The next one I added nut and fruit cluster granola for an added texture, taste, and fullness. Both ways were very good. I would suggest for anyone to try this. We will buy again!!

Not necessarily smooth in texture- there are small pieces of strawberry mixed in. Nothing too chunky though, so if you have texture sensitivities, it should be fine. Tastes healthy and not sugar loaded. Good for breakfast or a quick snack. I only rated it a 3 due to the fact that I'm quite particular when it comes to fruit flavored yogurt. Otherwise, it tastes good and it's good for your gut health.

It tastes good but it would be nice to have a little bigger cup as I feel for the cost you aren't getting much. The other thing would be to make it a little thicker (but that's just me being picky). I personally don't notice any more digestive benefits from it than from any other yogurts I've eaten.

These are my favourite yoghurts! Not only do they taste great and help my stomach but they are really filling too! The portion size is great and they're easy to grab in the morning and take to work for lunch. I love that they don't have any nasty aftertaste like other pro biotic yoghurts.
