I have suffered from IBS for years and I discovered Activia yogurt a couple years ago, And hands down it is the best relief I've found. It's really tasty and it works better than any other product I've ever used for IBS-C symptom relief. I definitely recommend any woman with IBS or even occasionally irregularities to give this yogurt a try I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!!!

These particular yogurt from Activia taste amazing. They ate delicious and have great nutritional ingredients. The price is ok, didn't go up much since lockdown as everything else did. I am also happy that the packaging is strong and the lid does not easily comes off like some other yogurt packages.

I love activia due to its formulation for digestive health. I have bought the strawberry flavor many times and it is truly the best flavor for this brand! I add fresh strawberries and granola often which makes it even better! Would definitely recommend to others.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like Activia at all... I never tried it before, I did not know if I would like it. I didn't wanna spend money on something that I would not like. I had tried it in the grocery store. Someone was giving out samples. I liked the flavor, and it was on sale.

We love this brand. It is thick and creamy. We love all the different flavors, sizes, low fat, while milk and is is for sure a product that we buy every week. My favorite flavor is mixed berry low fat, and my husband loves the lemon flavor. My little one likes whole milk blueberry, strawberry, and mixed berries.

I eat one everyday in a smoothie and my digestion feels really good lately. I don't know why I go off it now and then but I'm going to try and be better because seriously it is a great product. I recommend it , you have different flavors too if you don't like strawberry
