We love this brand. It is thick and creamy. We love all the different flavors, sizes, low fat, while milk and is is for sure a product that we buy every week. My favorite flavor is mixed berry low fat, and my husband loves the lemon flavor. My little one likes whole milk blueberry, strawberry, and mixed berries.

My mom recommended this long ago when I was expecting my son to help me stay regular. These taste really great. My daughter would often eat them as a snack just seeing them in her grandparents fridge. If you eat a cup a day consistently you will be more regular and feel lighter and happier.

These taste very nice. Quite a thin texture to the activia thick and creamy ones but still relatively good creamy consistency for a lower fat one. They are a little overpriced but are frequently on offer for half price. They are suitable for vegetarians and are good source of calcium

This is decent in flavor, but when it comes to what the brand states it does, most all other yogurts do the same. Not that I have found. Especially if you have it twice a day. I would recommend just incase you find it works for you better than it did for me.

I think that this product is very good, I mix it with oatmeal or anything. It's very good for a snack or breakfast. I love how it's very light, I also love the taste of it. Its sweet but not too sweet. It has just the right flavor and I would buy this product again.
