This is my morning go to. I love the flavor of this yogurt and if you need some extra flavor you can add some granola or mini chocolate chips to change things up, although it tastes great without anything added!  Its a great way to start my day, so smooth & creamy!

Definitely this yogurt with strawberries is the best I've ever tried. I have a little boy 2 years old and he really likes yogurt. We've tried many other versions but activia is our favorite. If all else fails, strawberry flavored yogurt is always going to be amazing. My family loves eating it as a snack, or even as a light breakfast/lunch topped with some granola. I don't even want ice cream anymore because I can just freeze this to satisfy the craving :)

I started eating this at my doctor's suggestion and it has helped me so much!!! I think it is also very healthy for me plus keeps me regular, which is a must. It is expensive but worth it to me. I haven't tried any other brands; no need to when you find a good thing and it works right?
