Very user friendly straight out of the box to plug and play. The touch screen is magnificent, and a wonder application to my laptop experience. HP has upped their game.

Computer functions as touch screen or keyboard/mouse. Screen has nice display. Programs load in quick. Window apps work nice too. Computer starts up really fast. Need to buy CD/DVD external drive if you want to play cd's or dvd's. Could use more ports but always workarounds. Overall for the price, I would purchase this one again.

The computer is only a few weeks old but so far it is operating very well. The graphics are clear, touch screen works well, battery life is good, and the speed of the computer is good also. I downloaded the full version of Microsoft Office and it works seamlessly. I purchased this computer for my daughter to use for school and it appears to be a good choice.

It seems fine so far but doesn't have a backlit keyboard which is really important to me. I misread the description so that's my fault but with all the bells and whistles, why wouldn't it be included? At night I have to type most things multiple times. It works as promised. Lightweight but a bit delicate because of it. I'm used to my industrial work laptop so I'm worried it won't last but that's the price you pay for the light machine. I like the large keyboard and numerical pad. I may return it to get one with a backlit keyboard.

love the look and functionality of the laptop but can't be used in a college classroom because of how loud the fan is......that was the main function for the laptop so that's quite disappointing. Hoping to get some answers soon as it is very much needed for classes
