I like this vacuum for carpet and hardwoods. It has been doing a great job keeping up with dog hair. BUT it is almost impossible to vacuum stairs. It needs to be held at the perfect angle so the suction doesn’t get cut off if the hose kinks. It’s just a pain in the butt! So I took a star off for that.

Ive had this vaccume for about 6 months and the head falls off so many times while using it !!! It is also very hard to push on on carpets . Awful nothing like my old dyson i had 10 + years its going back .

Don’t buy this product, I’ve only had this vacuum less than one year and it began with no suction and then stopped turning on all together. No returns!

I was sent a used vacuum cleaner. Also the box came damaged. The side of the box was split open & there are multiple holes on the other sides of the box.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, this is by far the best vacuum I've ever used. I can feel the suction using it on my hardwood floors. It picks up wonderfully on my carpets and even gets things out of the grout on my tile floors! If you have pets, this vacuum is worth every penny spent. Take good care of it and it'll last a good 15-20 years!
