[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to age and having a hysterectomy, I have mild to moderate bladder control issues and wanted to try an option for an underwear vs pad experience. I decided to try these out and wore them for my workout. The size was a little tight for my thick thighs, so I did make a little cut on each side to help. As far as texture and feel, the waistband is stretchy with a gathered appearance, the crotch area reminds me of how a baby diaper feels. You can also feel the absorbent material (sand-like) in between the layers, which is not noticeable when wearing. They did last through my workout, but are noticeable when wearing workout leggings (to clarify the gathered elastic waistband is noticeable). They do absorb liquid and the odor was not noticeable. Overall, these are a good option to try for someone that has incontinence issues and are worried about not being able to get to a restroom in time.

The product is soft and comfortable, although I found it a bit snug for my build. I am 5'5", 180 lbs, and the underwear seemed slightly small for me. It did, however, stay in place day and night, and provided great protection. There is a sufficient area of absorbent material and elastic for a comfortable fit. My only complaint would be the design of the seam on the sides possibly being visible under thinner clothes. It seems like the seam would be more discreet if it were on the inside.

The bow is really cute and easy to see unlike some others where you can't easily tell the front from the back. The packaging I like with the tear back top. The material is very soft and I can't tell I am wearing them. I wear these at night and never have any issues with leakage. You can wear them for leaks or as a pad. These are soft and stretchy and discreet....I would say that is true. They are not bulky and under most things you can't see them. Obviously you can't wear them with everything. I love the Always brand. Very reliable.

They did not fall off during the night. They absorbed really well. I don't have much leakage so I don't know how it would rate as far as for a heavy leak leakage but for moderate it held up very well

Have full coverage where she don't have any leaks throughout the night! The size fits perfectly, she likes them a little looser so we sized up for her. Adhesion is good for if she needs to add an extra pad in them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Always Discreet/Plus Underwear from Influenster in great packaging and got to try them myself, along with getting feedback from my mom and sister. Overall, I'd give them a 9/10. They were durable, comfortable, easy to wear, not too bulky, and stayed in place. I liked the bikini cut because it didn't feel restrictive, and they felt more like a secure pad that actually stays put. If I need an alternative, I'd definitely buy them. My mom was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were and said she slept well in them. That was a big win since it has been hard getting her to even try protective underwear. My sister said they worked well for her period, but she would have liked a little more coverage. 3 ages, 3 opinions- overall really positive feedback!
