Great for periods when you don't want to worry, traveling on long trips (air flights, car trips, Disney and other vacas) and just when you want to be comfortable. I was surprised that they didnt add bulk under my clothes, especially white jeans. Im 125lbs so they fit good. I live in FL, where it gets very hot and humid, but these didn't add any heat to me and wasn't stiff and crunchy. Also, no laundry. Just pitch them out when done! They are cute to. I think they might be good for young girls that are just starting out to get used to the idea that their world has changed. I haven't worn them overnight but they have to be more comfortable than the old fashioned pads. Glad I tried them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product that's comfortable and pretty. It was so comfortable, I forgot I was wearing it. It's a pretty pink, soft material. No need to worry about leaks, I filled one with 3 cups of water and it didn't leak. The 3rd picture has a new one and the one I filled with water, it wasn't bulky at all. I even squeezed it after I filled it with water and no leaks. You'll have peace of mind when wearing it.

The shell is the same. the pad is no longer solid with little to absorb anything. you can actually move it so there is openings where liquid would pour thru. i bought Maximum but its super minimum. i wondered how they can sell so cheap. i suspect Walmart owners have something to do with the change %26 you wont find this poor quality box anywhere but Sams. i suggest you add an Always pad as it certainly is thin enough to easily accommodate. Sad. Either buy these somewhere else or change brands is my recommendation. Since Sams created Member Mark briefs its likely to force women to buy them. You can only order on line. If put in Sams stores they will lose repeat buyers %26 take up space. Shame on Always for folding to providing a cheap worthless product. Use a pad with these rather than throw them out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To my surprise these ALWAYS DISCREET PLUS UNDERWEAR are everything they claim to be.. The absorption is amazing. The fit is very comfortable with no bulky uncomfortable feeling. Knowing they can last 12 hours is a very good feeling. I don't feel like I have to constantly check for leaks.

They absorb lots of liquid, so if you have an accident and are in the middle of a task, no worries, these under garments will protect your clothes from getting wet and they will keep the moisture from touching your skin. There isn't any loud wrapper to take them out of either. Very durable. I would recommend it if you have accidents every now and again. They are cute too. A little bow on the front and they are a pinkish color. You won't be able to tell the difference between these under garments and your normal under garments.

Had a friend who I care for who recently requested I find out how good or bad they were as she is in need of something for her personal issues. I was lucky enough to get a box and she tried them. It was Mothers Day and she was going out with her sons and their family. She did not want to be a problem so she tried them and came home happy as heck. She didn't have to stop at every bathroom along the way and when she did she didn't have to worry about a tinkle wetting her pants or feeling uncomfortable with wet clothes. It kept her feeling dry, it kept her comfortable as it felt as it she was just wearing panties. In addition no scent of urine. These are great. I then spoke to her daughter in law who said she buys the smaller size and it's perfect for that time of the month. Multiple uses. Great for incontinence and great during your menstrual cycle. A win win.

The only thing is that they are high waisted , so be sure to wear a shirt that cover the part that hangs out over your pants other than that it feels like you're wearing regular underwear.

Instead they are soft, flexible, and lightweight. The absorbency is fantastic and as a result it gives you confidence to go about your day with no worries of leaks or odor.
