[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried these before. The size i got was S/M. But they fit a bit too small. The bigger size just feels way to big. They are comfortable. I forget I am wearing disposable underwear. I always have trouble remembering where the little bow goes, the front or the back. I wear these as precautionary while working a twelve hour shift. If I did not have these I would be wearing pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only gave these 3 stars because of the fit. They slide down the hips, even under pants, so I found myself constantly readjusting them. They are more like a hipster than full coverage so that is probably why. Absorption is good since the liner is the size and thickness of a size L baby diaper. I was impressed that it didn't show under pants. The liquid turns to gel pretty quickly so there were no leaks but it does feel thick when wet. I would use these when I know I'm going to be in a situation where a bathroom may not be readily available for a period of time but I would not wear these for everyday use due to them having an uncomfortable fit. A higher rise would most likely improve that issue.

The adhesive on the side is strong enough to hold it in place without breaking. They are durable for one-time use, and they are really discreet; it doesn't look like you have a bulge under your pants. The only con is that the texture of the material it is made of can sometimes scratch your skin, and it feels worn and weird. it is absorbing for a little leak, no for use as a diaper. For the rest i give it a 10.

It doesn't feel wet when an accident happens. So soft and doesn't make noise when you walk. Love that I got a huge package of them to test out.

Overall, I'd give them a 9/10. They were durable, comfortable, easy to wear, not too bulky, and stayed in place. I liked the bikini cut because it didn't feel restrictive, and they felt more like a secure pad that actually stays put. If I need an alternative, I'd definitely buy them. My mom was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were and said she slept well in them. That was a big win since it has been hard getting her to even try protective underwear. My sister said they worked well for her period, but she would have liked a little more coverage. 3 ages, 3 opinions- overall really positive feedback!

So I invited two of my best friends to do the testing for me. Results they both were very shocked and surprised how comfortable and met their expectations. However they nor I never knew "Always" made under garments. I suggest if anyone needs help in this department remember "Always" undergarments are the bomb! They are true to size, very breathable, and comfortable without feeling bulky. I also love the feminine details such as the beautiful pink collar and the little cute bow in the center. The ridges along the leg line, not only look cute, but also help prevent leaks, which gave me confidence during long car rides, and overnight use. I like that they are disposable and don't not need to wash them. They also have a soft floral scent that helps them smelling fresh, and I never had to worry about odors.
