They were pictures of the product and brand name, so those are excluded. I am highly satisfied with this prodict. They have exceeded my expectations with fit and comfort. They are quite absorbent. I was recently on the road for work, and out in rural areas where rest stops were few and far between. This product held up exceptionally well. Zero odor. I cannot stress this point enough. Zero. Odor. I jad worn this for several hpirs while on the road, and at the end of the day, no odor. This, for me, is a major selling point. Fantastic.

They are discrete that you can't tell when you have them on. Feela just like a high waisted underwear. The packing was in two separate packages tightly sealed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my youngest was born 15 years ago, I went through a 4th degree laceration and partial prolapsed bladder. In 2022, I was diagnosed with high grade urothelial cancer. After the surgeries and treatments for both, I was left with some occasional incontinence issues. Now add menopause 🙄. These have replaced my liner! At first, I thought these were going to be like my grandmother's and great-grandmother's 'diapers' but they are not. They are virtually undetectable under clothes and didn't cause any itch or irritation. Absolutely no leaks or smell. Although these stayed in place, I would have felt more comfortable in a medium as these allow for a larger 'large' than I'm used to. I am a size 10 and prefer to wear a large in clothing, these are a little loose on my build, but not loose enough to drop a star in my book.

The picture shows the underwear, but they actually have a very high cut side. They were very bulky between the legs. The absorption is good though. After trying for a month, I just couldn't get used to them. I won't purchase these in the future, but I will continue to use the other Always products.

I went with xl because that is what I get my underwear in - important to note that the sizing is different and these were about 3 sizes to big or 50 lbs. I wore them anyways and they fit Alright. I felt like I was putting on a pretty pull up diaper though. The elastic in the waist works well and even though these were slightly big, the fit was decent and it was not uncomfortable. It was like wearing a supersize pad. I only have occasional days where I feel uncomfortable and feel like I might leak and for me it would be easier to use an always pad. These would be good for someone that has more advanced difficulties. I do feel like the padding in these was too long. They do keep you dry.

If you need a more absorbent and odor controlling adult underwear, this product is for you. They're the right size for me, not sensitive nor reactive to any allergens due to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always discreet was comfortable with a slight amount of bunching. I would attribute that to being in between sizes. I would recommend going with the smaller size. It held up well between changes.
