It is such a great decoration you would think Cost twice as much. I have a lot of Halloween decor but this is in my top 3.

Wow, if you're into Halloween decorations you better run and get this…. The haunted house is very well made very detailed. The witch and ghost on top fly around the house and at the bottom there are some creepy characters on a train track that go around on the bottom. It has really creepy music with volume control or you can turn all the way down and have no sound. Sams Club needs to do better at there marketing of products I almost passed this up because the pictures online and video were so terrible but Im so glad I took a chance this is literally one of my favorite indoor decorations. You wont be disappointed.

I bought one for myself, then one for my brother. They are unbelievable. Even my husband is totally captivated and that is something. He can't get over all the sounds it makes.

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the Member's Mark 19-inch Animated Haunted House. For just under $50 at Sam's Club, the level of craftsmanship is incredible—the resin has a nice, heavy weight to it and the gnarled tree bark textures look fantastic. The animations operate smoothly; my kids love watching the tiny ghost train circle the base while the witch spins at the top. The dual lighting modes are stunning in a dark room, especially the pulsing green and purple LEDs. I also appreciate that it has an adjustable volume control dial so the spooky music never becomes overwhelming. It plugs straight into the wall so you don't have to burn through batteries. A phenomenal addition to my Halloween layout!

This Animated House is very cute, and fun to watch the ghost and witch, circle the house. You do have to be careful when handling the House, the Witch and Ghost could break if handled too harshly. The lights are bright and I love having it on.

It's a beautiful decoration! However I've experienced as others the witch and ghost piece was off when I received it. They need to secure it better based on how heavy the witch/ghost piece is. Only because it's a beautiful Halloween addition, I'm letting this issue slide.

This haunted house arrived damaged so I did an exchange and the replacement was also damaged. Witch and ghost at the top just fall right off. First time was broken off in the box when it arrived, second one fell off when I plugged it in and turned it on for the first time.

Loved the details, volume control, and motor wasn't loud. Then it just quit working after about 15-20 go-arounds! Tried everything, but will not do anything anymore. Returning for another one in hopes it works longer!

Arrived broken like other reviews say and Sams refuses to replace it!! Its a good looking piece so I wish it was in the local store instead of likely thrown around like a football by the shipper and not covered. Sams should apply shipping insurance if they're not going to replace them knowing so many are arriving broken.

Unfortunately, mine arrived broken. The same problem as another reviewer; flying witch broken and laying at the bottom of the box. Not sure if it's a manufacturing, packing, or shipping issue, but the price point is too high to reorder and take a chance that it would also have the same broken part.
