I love the flavor. I can make a shake for work and it taste delicious several hours later. It’s the perfect meal for me when I’m working nights.

I use it to start my day by putting 1/2 a scoop in my coffee. it doesn’t mix really well (better with water)but enough and tastes like a creamer.

The protein tastes amazing. It’s very filling and is a great meal replacement for any one on a diet.
